Ard Ardalan - Austin Personal Injury Lawyer

Ard Ardalan is a trial lawyer and has worked in litigation during his entire professional career. He has represented hundreds of individuals against large corporations and insurance companies. Ard focuses his practice on representing injured Texans. 

Ard's past experience is deep and varied; it includes representing victims of car crashes, truck wrecks, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, stockbroker liability, probate litigation, fiduciary litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes. Ard started his legal career as a paralegal at a prestigious national litigation firm before moving to Austin in 2014 to attend the University of Texas School of Law.  During and after law school, he worked as a clerk and personal injury associate attorney, both in Dallas and Austin. 

Ard founded Ardalan Law Firm PLLC in Austin, Texas, to help injured Texans stand up to insurance giants and reckless corporations. Over his career, he has helped recover millions for his clients. He is a zealous advocate, passionately dedicated to his cases and clients. In addition to representing plaintiffs, Ard honed his litigation skills working at large defense firms, and knows the tactics and strategies used by some of the world's biggest companies to avoid paying injured plaintiffs. Ard has experience handling multi-district litigation and other complex litigation, both in state and federal courts. 

Ard is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers Association. Ard is multilingual and speaks Spanish, French, and Persian.  Ard's passions other than seeking justice for clients include long-distance running, paddle-boarding, long-distance thru-hiking, alpine skiing, and reading history books.
